It is my mission because I know what it feels like to be confused and frustrated about your current life situation and be unsure on how to change direction. I know this because in In my late forties I felt exactly the same way and I chose to reinvent my life.
During that time, I had to honestly reevaluate where I was in my life, make difficult changes, educate myself, and move forward in sometimes uncomfortable decisions.
It definitely wasn't always easy and I often wished I had someone I could share those experiences and challenges with that understood what I was going through.
I am proud to say that honoring my choices and decisions is what led me to my path of Health & Wellness coaching, developing the A.D.M.I.R.E. Yourself Program, and Meditation & Yoga teaching.
I want to be the person you can lean into and share your experiences and challenges with along the way. I completely understand where you are and I want to help you create the balanced and purposeful future you desire.
It may be difficult to believe but it's not vain or egotistical to look in the mirror and ADMIRE the person being reflected back. Not all of us like what we see but you deserve to view yourself with confidence and pride. It's time you ADMIRE yourself and live a balanced and purposeful life. You deserve it!
Each personal coaching session is designed for your needs and will include all of the following aspects.
Sorry no quick-fixes, extreme diets, or products to buy. I am here to help you set and achieve realistic goals, provide accountability, and give you personal support. We will have weekly private sessions and a mid-week check-in if you desire.
Each path to wellness is unique and our journey will begin with the two of us discussing where you are and where you'd like to go. We will use specific tools to help us navigate and guide us along your path.
Mindfulness and meditation tend to be buzz words right now but their benefits have been known for thousands of years. Finding a sense of calmness in today's chaotic world can be life-changing. Together we will develop tools and different techniques that you can use throughout your day to better manage stress and anxiety.
Living a life with passion, purpose, and inspiration is not just for the lucky few. Each of us deserves to want to get out of bed every morning and live the best version of ourselves. Together we will find what it is you value and help shape your life into your inspired vision.
For many of us, the most important thing in our lives has been taking care of others but sometimes that comes at the expense of our own health and well-being. Renewing our commitment to our well-being is important. Understanding that self-care is not selfish and learning to rearrange our lives can be challenging and often takes a shift in our mindset. Together we will figure out how to make those shifts.

Meditation Sessions - Through learning mindfulness techniques and guided meditation, you will be better able to deal with stress and anxiety and bring mental balance to your life whenever you desire.
I also offer Yoga Nidra (guided mediations as well) including iRest® for PTSD and stress and anxiety
Yoga sessions - Variations of poses and styles of yoga are offered based on the student's ability and physical limitations.
The types of yoga I offer are Beginner, All-Level, Gentle, Restorative & Yoga for Cancer
I can bring all the equipment you'll need to every session. No need for you to buy anything!
